EQUIVALENCY LETTER AND RESIDENCE PERMITS

1. Apostille certified diploma / Attestant / Certificate (High School Level)

2. Document showing a sub-education: High School Diploma or the report card of the last two years in secondary school

3.Transcript showing the number of course hours per week (Transcript) and its Turkish translation

4. Identity Card / Work Permit or residence permit (not expired)

5. Passport

In case of name or surname change, name equivalence certificate / certificate of identity register copy / marriage certificate

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR STUDENT RESIDENCE PERMIT

* Residence Permit Application Form

* Original and photocopy of the passport or travel document

* Four (4) photographs

* Declaration stating that he / she has sufficient and regular financial means during his / her stay (It is declared in the Application Form. The administration may request a supporting document. If the expenses of the foreigner are covered by the public institution during the specified program, this will be reported to the administration during the application.)

* Student certificate

* If the person is under eighteen years old; located abroad mother / father or with the consent specified herein provided that consent be given by the legal representative in Turkey will be given by real or legal persons undertaking

* Valid health insurance (If students request, they are covered by the general health insurance within three months from the date of registration, so they are not requested to have a valid health insurance, but they must notify the administration after taking out general health insurance within three months)
