The issue of equivalency is one of the issues that students have difficulty during the operations. After the final registration to the university, the university administration asks the student to bring the high school equivalency letter within a certain time. Most universities require a letter of undertaking from students during registration. Due to the confusion of the equivalence process and starting the classes, some of our students postpone or forget the equivalence certificate procedures.

Equivalency letter is at least as important as registration in the university because if the student does not receive equivalence documents, the Ministry of Education does not recognize the student’s high school or secondary school education. In this case, even if the student has started or even graduated from university, his education is considered as invalid. Our unit which deals with the equivalence procedures, prepares the documents instead of the student and completes the translation and notary procedures and they make an appointment with the ministry. Since the equivalence procedures have various procedures, our collegues do not leave the student alone at the time of the appointment, but come to an appointment with the student and ensure that all transactions are carried out easily.
