Founding and location:
Ishik University was founded in 1996 by the Fayez Schools Association which is considered one of the oldest educational institutions in Turkey. The university has two campuses in a charming natural environment near modern city life, on an area of 490,000 square meters. Işık University has its first distinguished campus in the most beautiful areas of Istanbul, being in the “Sile” region on the Asian side. The university includes within this distinguished campus with a structure Modern infrastructure, student housing, libraries, sports and social facilities and an art gallery, and it also has another university campus in European Istanbul in the Maslak area.
