Founding and location:
Beykent University in Istanbul is one of the oldest private Turkish universities. It was established in 1997 as a non-profit organization by the Adem Çelik – Beykent Foundation and started its educational programs in the 1997-1998 academic year. Beykent University has developed its teaching, learning and research facilities in three separate universities.

The Beykent University Campus is located in the Buyukcekmece district of Istanbul and consists of many cultural and recreational facilities that train and educate students. It consists of 12 floors and the 16.000 square meter closed educational complex provides modern educational facilities, laboratories, workshop studios, auditorium and cultural center.

Advantages of studying at Beykent University:
The university is considered one of the strongest universities in Turkey. The university offers a high-quality educational experience to students with 57 bachelor’s degree programs and more than 50 graduate programs in addition to 72 pre-bachelor’s degree programs.
Many programs are taught in English, Russian and Turkish.
The university has agreements with European universities in the Socrates and Erasmus programmes. These agreements allow university students to continue their education in European universities according to the international student exchange system.
The university provides the opportunity for students who want international training to obtain it through its international training programs.
Beykent University has four campuses, eight colleges, and four technical institutes. The university has a distance education system, and there are three special university centers for scientific research.
It is distinguished by its inclusion of most of the distinguished specializations and the availability of most of the engineering and medical specializations in it, and its teaching depends on the English and Turkish languages.
