Founding and location:
Ozyegin University was established in 2007. The university is located on the Asian side of Istanbul, specifically in the Cekmeköy region. The university is distinguished by the green campus, the first of its kind in Turkey, and according to which it was awarded the Environmental Development Award, as well as being the recipient of many recognitions from Arab countries, on top of these countries is the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
