I\u015f\u0131k \u00dcniversitesi t\u00fcm planlamalar\u0131n\u0131 ve d\u00fczenlemelerini bu amac\u0131 hareket noktas\u0131 alarak tasarlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u015f\u0131k \u00dcniversitesi kendisini i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz g\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fcretti\u011fi en ileri d\u00fczeydeki bilimsel ve teknolojik bilgiyi \u00f6\u011frencilerine aktarmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc sayar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bununla birlikte I\u015f\u0131k \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6\u011frencilerini analitik bilgiyle, ele\u015ftirel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyle, karma\u015f\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zme yetisiyle, ileri d\u00fczeyde dil bilgisi ve becerisiyle, \u00fclkesinin ayd\u0131nl\u0131k de\u011ferlerini korumak ve y\u00fcceltmek \u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fcyle donanm\u0131\u015f, yenilik\u00e7i, \u00f6nc\u00fc, giri\u015fimci, payla\u015f\u0131mc\u0131 insanlar olarak hayata haz\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u015f\u0131k \u00dcniversitesi bu sonucu sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in payda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenerek ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir 3. Ku\u015fak \u00fcniversitedir. I\u015f\u0131k \u00dcniversitesi yenilik\u00e7i, \u00f6nc\u00fc, rekabet\u00e7i, yarat\u0131c\u0131, giri\u015fimci, \u00fcretken, \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131d\u0131r. Bilimsel bilgi \u00fcretimini kaynak ve de\u011fer \u00fcretmekle e\u015f tutar. Kendi eko-sistemini ve de\u011ferler zincirini kurar ve sanal, biyolojik, fiziksel ve sosyal ar-ge&#8217;yi ama\u00e7lar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u015f\u0131k \u00dcniversitesi yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 akademik k\u00fclt\u00fcrle \u00f6\u011frencilerine \u00f6zg\u00fcl bir formasyon kazand\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lar. Disiplinler aras\u0131, t\u00fcmle\u015fik, mod\u00fcler, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u00f6\u011fretim sisteminin de\u011ferine inan\u0131r ve onu benimser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bilimsel bilgiyi bir \u00fcretim kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak g\u00f6ren I\u015f\u0131k \u00dcniversitesi, \u00fcretti\u011fi kayna\u011f\u0131 da kendi kendisini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilirli\u011fini sa\u011flayan temel finansman girdisi olarak de\u011ferlendirir. Sanayi i\u015f birli\u011fi, patent, proje, yenilik\u00e7i bulu\u015flar, giri\u015fimcilik ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k ana finansman girdisinin unsurlar\u0131d\u0131r. I\u015f\u0131k \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nin t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131 finansal \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecine do\u011frudan kat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u015f\u0131k \u00dcniversitesi, yetenek y\u00f6netimine dayal\u0131 bir y\u00f6netim ve y\u00fcr\u00fctme anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na sahiptir. Akademik ve y\u00f6netsel payda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n se\u00e7ilmi\u015f ve \u00f6nemli olma duygusunu ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00fcrettikleriyle mevcudiyetlerini kan\u0131tlay\u0131p mutlu olduklar\u0131, \u00f6d\u00fcl sistemi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla emeklerinin en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k buldu\u011fu bir kurumdur. Planlanm\u0131\u015f istihdam y\u00f6ntemini benimser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u015f\u0131k \u00dcniversitesi her bireyin y\u00f6netim d\u00fczeyinde kendi kendine yeterli oldu\u011funa inan\u0131r. Yatay \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve yerinden y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde g\u00f6rev, yetki ve sorumluluk en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde optimize edilmi\u015ftir.
